Every app I release gets its own entry here: what it does, what it runs on, and whether you can use it yet. No mockups of things that do not exist.

Media Downloader

A desktop media downloader that ships as a real installer.

PythonDesktopCI/CDPackagingffmpeg

A cross-platform desktop app for saving video and audio from around a thousand sites, built on yt-dlp with ffmpeg bundled in. Packaged as a signed-free macOS .dmg and a Windows installer through an automated CI build matrix, so it installs like software rather than arriving as a folder of Python files.

  • Quality presets from best down to 360p, plus smallest-file mode
  • MP3 export at 192 kbps
  • Subtitles in English, Sinhala and Tamil, including auto-generated
  • Live progress with speed, ETA and file size, and a clean cancel
  • ffmpeg bundled. No separate install for high-resolution merging
  • Self-updating yt-dlp from inside the app

TokenLens

Token, character and word counts as you type, in every AI chat.

AITokenizerBrowser ExtensionPrivacy-first

A browser extension that counts tokens live inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Kimi. Everything runs locally: no API keys, no server, no network requests.

  • Exact GPT token counts with a locally bundled tokenizer
  • Per-script calibration for Latin, Sinhala, CJK and code
  • Live in-page counter on five major AI chat sites
  • Fully offline. No keys, no telemetry, no requests

I'm interested in hard problems at scale: distributed systems, AI integration that actually ships, and teams who care about the second year of a codebase. If that's you, say hello.
